Larry Davis
Executive Vice President
Larry is currently Executive Vice President of The Chapman Group. Prior to this he worked for Siemens in several National Director Positions in Channel sales (Verizon) and as National Director for Government and Education for US operations. |

He was a part of the Due Diligence team when Siemens purchased the ROLM communications group from IBM. His team secured the first “Siemens One” order, (Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas, $135 million). He was involved in several “Siemens One” orders in excess of $100 million. Over the years, Larry has managed teams which had significant sales to several Fortune 1000 global companies, US Federal government agencies, major universities and several startups such as AOL. He has an understanding and knowledge of corporate dynamics, employee development, the Communications industry and Smartcard technologies. He has been on the forefront of the early adoption and implementation of these technologies. He has been an instructor and guest lecturer on account management, employee/manager development and leadership with IBM and Siemens.
He holds a BS degree from the University of Delaware, and an Executive Leadership certificate from Northwestern University, Kellogg School. He was on the Ambassador team for New York City led by the CEO of Siemens US. Also he was an advisor to the Urban Assembly School for Math and Science in New York City (Bronx). In past years, he served on a Harvard college committee on Government and Entrepreneurship, and has spoken at several universities on corporate culture, leadership and technology in business. He has served on the Board of Corporate Leadership for Florida A&M University. He is a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum Baltimore /Washington DC Chapter and has consulted on many company start-ups, reorganizations and exit strategies. He is a mentor at a local Community College and The University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
