Tom Leitzer
has over 25 years of experience in
management, consulting, and training.
Tom is professionally certified in many
different areas
including
customer elations, interaction
management,
problem solving/decision making,
and human
relations. His work experiences include
training for
such prestigious companies as
Lockheed
Martin, and Honeywell, Inc. Tom is an
adjunct
faculty member of many Maryland colleges
teaching, speech, communications,
English, and
business
communications. Tom received his
master’s degree in Adult Education from
Towson University in Maryland.
