Internal Team Metric

 

The internal team metric is a tool that calculates (as a percentage out of 100) an internal assessment of your account's strategic alignment and risk of attrition. This assessment tool provides an objective rating of your current account management status. It incorporates an assessment of your current financial, strategic, relationship, activity, strengths-weaknesses, and competitive positions, among other key account performance indicators. 

 

The information in the internal team metric is then analyzed to produce the Gap Analysis Report. The Gap Analysis Report for the internal team metric is a self coaching tool designed to mentor the user on where to focus and how to reduce / eliminate the risk of attrition of a particular account. Based on the internal team metric, it is a report that provides a summary snapshot of the gaps in your account’s perception of you and/or your Account Management Process. The report provides you with a recommended action plan to close these gaps and repair a potential risk of account attrition. It is recommended to complete the internal team metric for the users’ top 3 to 10 accounts.
