automation software,
XSalerator™, XSalerator
Manager/Executive™.
These Microsoft
Excel-based
programs provide
templates that blend
territory, account and
opportunity data into
sales funnels
(pipelines), sales
forecasts, qualified
opportunities and more.
XSalerator™ automates
the sales process for
field and inside sales
reps, acting
independently of SFA,
contact management and
other programs.
Information is also
displayed graphically.
XSalerator
Manager/Executive™
offers two additional
levels of reporting and
forecasting the Manager
version rolls up data
from the sales reps, and
the Executive version
rolls up data from the
Managers, producing
graphs, charts and
summary reports for
monthly, quarterly and
annual forecasts based
on highly qualified
data.

territory information,

form – a series of
questions and clickable
answers which, when
filled out, produces a
“win probability” rating
of 0 to 100. The closer
you are to 100, the more
likely this opportunity
is to close. “Now you
can really see what
you’re going to close in

a common language and
metrics that measure
your probability of
close, no more of that I
have a good gut-feel
stuff.” The Manager and
the Executive versions
roll up the sales reps’
opportunity funnels and
sales forecasts. There,
the summary information
shows what the entire

forecasts by month,
quarter and year.
