Successful SAMA University Metrics program completed

The Chapman Group, with Dennis Chapman as the program facilitator, recently completed a two-day SAMA University “Account Relationship through Metrics program”. Participating companies participated in a two-day hands-on analysis in how to integrate metrics into their key account management practice.

The Chapman Group initiates University of Amtico Project     

Amtico, a UK-based international flooring company, has authorized The Chapman Group to lead its efforts in developing an internal corporate university. It is the goal and expectation of Amtico that the university will enable it to deploy strategy and realize its vision of being, “the flooring company of choice for their chosen market segment.”

College Interns Successfully Complete Capstone Project 

The Chapman Group offers an annual program to give pending college seniors a chance to tackle real world business challenges and issues. This summer three interns, representing two universities, successfully completed an assessment of The Chapman Group. Serving as a consulting company, the team presented their findings and recommendations to the management team as their final project “Capstone”. The Chapman Group immediately began implementing some of the project team’s recommendations.

The Chapman Group releases 1.0 version of XSalerator.com™:     

A new web-based sales tool that enables self-coaching, metric-based assessment of sales performance, a consolidated Sales Performance Dashboard, team-based key account management, opportunity qualification and sales forecasting.

Mark Naber joins The Chapman Group:     

The Chapman Group has expanded it’s inside sales practice and hired Mark      Naber. Mark brings many years of sales experience to The Chapman Group.    Mark’s primary responsibility will include a focus on new client development and market research.

Josh Brum Joins The Chapman Group     

Josh has been added to the XSalerator.com development team. Josh brings several years of development experience and advanced degrees in computer programming to the XSalerator.com™ team.
